How we work
Every change is a story on a GitHub board. One agent analyses it, another writes it, another tests it the way a user would, and a person decides what ships. What fails the tests doesn't ship. It's the same method we offer under Build, and the proof it works is everything else on this site: we built it that way.
Why the 99%
Big systems were made for companies with an IT department. Everyone else gets by with spreadsheets, notebooks and WhatsApp. That's where we come from: Optical was born in a family optician's shop, and we got tired of seeing systems priced in dollars per seat that nobody ends up using.
What you won't find
Made-up customers, round numbers and testimonials with stock photos. No names or titles either, for now: when the Stack is presented in public, so are we.
